Accessibility Statement
We want every member of the Biloxi Paper sales team to be able to log a call and read their numbers, whatever tools they use.
Effective date: August 21, 2026
Our target
We are working in good faith toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a target and a continuing effort, not a certification, and we have not had this application audited by an independent third party.
What we have done
- A skip link to the main content, and one main landmark on each page.
- Headings in order, and navigation, header, and footer regions marked as landmarks.
- Keyboard operation for controls, with a visible focus outline.
- Form fields with visible labels, error messages announced to assistive technology, and errors that do not rely on color alone.
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast on our navy and orange palette.
- Layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling at 400% zoom on a phone-width view.
- Accessible names on icon-only buttons, and empty alt text on decorative graphics.
- Animation reduced automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
Voice dictation and an alternate way to log a call
The fastest way to log a call is to dictate it, which requires speech and a working microphone. Because that will not work for everyone, every dictation can instead be typed: the call logger includes a “Type it instead” text entry that goes through exactly the same processing and produces the same record. If neither route works for you, contact us and we will record the call with you or arrange another method.
Known limitations
- Charts in the manager view convey trends visually. The same figures are available as text and in the CSV, Excel, and PDF exports; ask us if you need a specific view in another format.
- The territory map is supplied by Google Maps and its accessibility is limited by that third-party component. Every mapped stop also appears in the call list as text.
- Automatic transcripts may contain errors and are not a substitute for captions on any media.
Feedback and alternate access
If any part of this application blocks you, tell us and we will help and prioritize a fix. Email admin@mstogo.com and include the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within five business days and to offer a workable alternative in the meantime, including recording your calls on your behalf.
